The TCSA Post Legislative Conference will be held May 25-27, in Sevier County (Gatlinburg) at the Park Vista.  Registration for the conference is not yet open and the agenda has yet to be finalized - however the room block at the hotel is now open.  You can make your reservations by calling 1-800-421-7275 or by visiting the hotel's website at www.parkvista.com.  The Group Code you will need when making a reservation is "CSA" in order to receive the special rate of $110 per night, plus taxes.  

Additional information about the conference will become available soon on the association websites and through additional emails.  Please make plans now to attend the Post Legislative Conference.  
Pursuant to P.C. 112, local government must establish and maintain internal controls.  CTAS is offering training classes through March covering Internal Controls.  For a list of the classes offered and their locations, please see below.  All classes are from 9:00am - 1:00pm local time.  Contact the CTAS Training Department to register for these classes.  
The White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs has invited county officials in Appalachian counties to join a conference call to discuss  President Obama's Power+ Plan on Wednesday, March 16th at 2:30pm (EST).
