All first mortgage, downpayment and home improvement data entered in the Single Family Loan Commitment System since 10:30 p.m. on Monday, September 22 was lost and cannot be recovered.
If you did any work in the system since 10:30 p.m. on Monday, September 22, please do one of the following to ensure that loans are committed at the same interest rate:
- Reenter data and commit any loan(s) that you worked on between 10:30 p.m. on Monday, September 22 and 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23. You have until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24 to reenter and lock the same interest rate.
- Contact the Partner Solutions Team for assistance at 651.296.8215 or 800.710.8871 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
