UM-Dearborn recently increased the visibility of the blue lights that sit on top of campus emergency phones. The increased brightness now makes the phones easier to find, even in the worst weather conditions.
University strategic planning continues this February and March with three Vision 2020 Forums. The first two forums in February will be working lunches opened to faculty. The March Forum will be a working continental breakfast for all campus community members.

In our sixth year of identifying UM-Dearborn student Difference Makers, faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, integrity, leadership and/or creativity. The nomination deadline has been extended to Friday, February 13.
