Special thanks to all those who came to the party as well as to the Ellsworth Center's wonderful student association for putting on the event.
The trick or treating turned out to be one of the centers largest events, at one point packing the lobby and kitchen full of community members and some truly wonderful costumes! If you missed this one we hope to see you next year!

The Holidays are Around the Corner! |
Not only is our wonderful snowman tree returning to the center but our adopt a snowflake program is as well!
|
The holiday season can bring lots of joy and wonder to our lives, at least the break from classes certainly helps, but it can also bring about some serious stress. So we are bringing back our adopt a snowflake initiative, and we are asking for some help in granting holiday wishes for some of our students' children!
All you have to do to get involved is to come to the Ellsworth Center, choose a tag from our tree, put your name and phone number on it and then give the tag to a staff member. The gift should cost no more than $25 and needs to be brought into the Center before Friday, December 20th. Please feel free to email grant.schaeferle@maine.edu if you have any questions. You may also request a tag made for your children.
