At YMCA Summer Day Camp, kids trade screens for sunshine, friendship and hands-on fun. Register before March 1 to lock in last year’s prices and give your child a summer full of adventure, growth and connection.

Camp Voyager is the Ingram Family Y's traditional summer day camp held at W.B. Wicker Elementary School.

Thanks to ongoing support from Delta Air Lines, more than 225 children and adults will participate in free Swim for Life water‑safety sessions this spring. The program teaches essential skills to reduce drowning risk and build confidence in and around water, and we’re seeking volunteers who are strong swimmers, comfortable in the water, and available for all sessions over a three‑week period.

The Easter Bunny is coming to the Ingram Family Y! Bring your family, friends and basket to hunt for hidden eggs. Get your photo taken with the Easter Bunny.

Ingram Family Y Indoor Triathlon
|
Sun., March 8 at 9:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m., we will host an indoor triathlon entirely within our facility. The event will include a 200-yard swim, 10-mile bike ride and 2-mile treadmill run. Spots are limited. ➡️ Register today!

Our Y Health programs are physician-referred, evidence-based programs that support individuals managing pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer recovery, weight management and fall prevention, offering expert guidance and a community of peers. A doctor’s referral is required.

Camp Kanata gives campers ages 6–15 a week of outdoor adventure, new activities and lifelong friendships.
