Please extend a warm welcome to one of AFSA's newest team member, Andrea Wilkins! Andrea serves as a Student Services Specialist. Originally from Memphis, she graduated from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. Since then, she has worked in non-profit and higher education, where she enjoyed helping individuals and communities achieve their goals. Student Services Specialists are primarily responsible for providing enrollment verification, degree verification, and transcripts for UT Health Science Center students and alumni. Andrea enjoys working with students, faculty, and staff and the opportunity to support students on their educational journeys, contributing to their success. "Each interaction offers a chance to help resolve issues, provide valuable information, and make a positive impact"
