Temporary Exemption for Students with One Dose

Starting September 23, Evergreen is offering a limited temporary exemption for students who will not be fully vaccinated (all shots, with a 14-day interval afterward) by the first day of fall quarter, September 27.
If you are in this category, you can fill out the exemption application and upload your partially completed vaccine card. If approved by Student Wellness Services, this will allow you to start fall quarter. You will still need to get the second dose and complete the waiting period as soon as you are able to meet Evergreen's vaccine requirement. Please see our vaccine page for more information.

Advice Tent in Front of Evans Hall Beginning September 27
If you have questions or need support regarding your registration status or vaccination requirement status, please come to our green registration tent, outside Evans Hall, beginning Monday, and we will have folks there to advise. Please wear your mask.
Complete the COVID-19 Health and Safety Training
All students must complete Evergreen's latest COVID-19 health and safety training. The average time to complete is approximately 20 minutes. Vist my.evergreen.edu to see the course option.

We are looking forward to seeing you on campus!
