Tufts requires all students to complete an asynchronous, interactive five-module version of the mandatory Discrimination and Harassment prevention training for graduate students. This training is provided by the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO), and it covers the University's Non-Discrimination Policy, Sexual Misconduct Policy, affirmative consent, and Tufts' expectations of all graduate students.
You were invited to the Canvas course on January 6 and are required to complete all the modules and quizzes by end-of-day on Friday, February 14. You will receive an invitation to complete this training from CANVAS to your Tufts email.
If you do not complete this training by February 14, 2025, an enrollment hold will be placed on your record that will impact adding and dropping courses for the current or future semesters. If a hold is placed on your record, the enrollment hold will be lifted within three business days after the date of completing the training, allowing you to register for courses.
We encourage you to complete this training as soon as possible, to ensure that you will be able to add and drop classes without any delay.
