Borrowers can now use Deferred Payment Loan and HOME HELP with Start Up HFA Preferred Risk Sharing™. Commitments made on or after May 23, 2014 are eligible.
We made changes to the Start Up and MCC forms listed below based on lender feedback. There is no penalty for using previous versions of these forms, but the changes we made will make it more clear where to sign documents and minimize confusion and errors. We recommend using the new forms as soon as possible.
