Reusable Masks and Face Shield Donation
The Ohio Department of Health has generously donated 60,000 reusable fabric face masks to CHN! In hopes of getting these masks in the hands (and on the faces) of your patients, we will be distributing them over the course of the next week.
Each clinic will automatically be sent
1,000 masks unless you notify us otherwise.
If you would like to receive more than 1,000 masks or would like to receive fewer masks, please let us know by filling out this form by Wednesday, 8/6 at 2 pm. As masks are packaged in boxes of 500, we can only offer masks in increments of 500.
Natalie Clark, who has previously printed 3-D face shields for CHN members, has offered to create more masks for member organizations. Please
