Council to Host Workshop for Waterfront Gateway
Greetings,
The City of Vancouver and LPC West are making great progress on the Waterfront Gateway project’s Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA). The DDA is a contract between the City and LPC West, which sets the terms for the redevelopment of the site and each organization’s roles and responsibilities.
City staff will present an update to the City Council detailing the key terms and public benefits of the DDA from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Monday, May 15. We welcome you to join the meeting in person at City Hall or watch on CVTV Channel 23/323 HD or CVTV.org.
Meeting materials will be available on the City Council’s webpage on Friday, May 12. If you would like to offer public comments during the meeting, you must register ahead of time or sign-up in person.
If you are unable to attend the City Council meeting, staff will lead a similar presentation at the City Center Redevelopment Authority (CCRA) Board Meeting from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 18. There will be opportunities at both the City Council and CCRA meetings for public comment.
We hope to see you there!
