**CORRECTION**
August 21 - Future of Work in Lane County
Speaker - Ashley Espinoza and Henry Fields
You are invited to an insightful presentation on the 2024 – 2026 State of the Workforce Report, featuring two leading voices in workforce and economic development.
Ashley Espinoza, Executive Director of Lane Workforce Partnership, and Henry Fields, Workforce Analyst with the Oregon Employment Department, will share the latest labor market data and workforce trends shaping our region. They’ll explore both the challenges and opportunities of today’s historically tight labor market, where unemployment remains at near-record lows and businesses are searching for innovative ways to attract and retain talent.
Ashley brings over a decade of experience fostering collaboration between public and private sectors while expanding opportunities for underrepresented communities. Henry, a Eugene resident raised in Coos Bay, delivers research and analysis that helps local organizations understand and respond to workforce needs.
Gain data-driven insights and practical strategies to adapt, thrive, and strengthen our community’s economy.
