Did you know? 8th graders are allowed to run on the High School Cross-Country Team and have 5 years of eligibility.
Here are some fantastic reasons to join:

Perhaps more than any other sport, Cross Country helps you gain confidence in your ability to push beyond where you think your limits are.
This is a skill that will benefit you for the rest of your life.
Any skill level can start.
Whether you start the program walking or are a seasoned runner, we can tailor workouts to meet you where you are.
Curious? Join us for a short, two-day, Cross Country mini-camp on Wednesday and Thursday this week. The practices will be short, 5pm-6pm.
The purpose will be to:
- Assess your conditioning
- Assess your form.
- Create a personalized plan for you to be ready for the start of practices on August 21st
- Stretching routine
