Dear Valued Member,
As the new International Advocacy and Content Manager who recently started at ATMIA, I would like to welcome you to this latest edition of the Europe Newsletter.
I hope you are all keeping well and slowly but surely getting back to some degree of normality after what has been a very challenging past couple of years because of the COVID pandemic.
Many of you who have worked closely with Mike over the years I know were very sad to say farewell to him, as he embarked on new pastures. As far as I was concerned, I felt there were so many more things I could have learned from him. He was a true leader and an inspiration to us all. I know you will join me in wishing him all the success and happiness in his next phase of life.
The future for ATMIA is an exciting one, which I am proud to be part of. I will continue to work towards our 2050 vision and support our commitment to ensuring that the ATM remains a resilient, relevant and high-value global channel up to 2050 and beyond.
I hope to be liaising with all of you at various regional advisory board meetings and committees to understand how best to respond to key industry issues of the day.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any issues you are currently facing or if you are looking for any relevant information which, as the International Advocacy Manager, I can help provide for you.
I look forward to seeing some of you at the ATM Payments and Innovation Summit in Berlin in October. If you haven’t registered yet, I urge you to do so quickly as the team has crafted an event which is packed with exciting content, learning and networking. Whether you are new to ATMIA or remember the very first ATMIA event, this is the year to attend.
In the meantime, if you would like to set up a time for us to chat and cover any outstanding issues, I would be more than happy to arrange.
Until the next issue, I will leave you with the words of our former CEO…..The adventure goes on!
