Professor Emeritus of Sociology & Anthropology Leon Grunberg was quoted in an article about contract negotiations between Boeing and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers after talks between the aerospace giant and the union faltered last week.
“Because they haven’t had a contract negotiation since 2008, the expectations would be high,” said Grunberg. “But Boeing’s in such a vulnerable place right now that this is probably as generous as they could be.”
