This week, the Lab School received notice from LSU Parking that there is a parking problem on the auditorium side of the school. Some parents and students are using the Law School parking lot and preventing the Law School students from entering and parking in their designated area.
Parents dropping off and picking up students should go through the carpool line on East Campus Drive. Carpoolers should not be parking in the Law School lot, parking in the Law School entrance way, or cutting through the parking lot.
As a matter of safety, pick up and drop off should be done from the school side of the street. Please do not block the street and ask your child to cross into traffic fordrop-off or pickup.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation in making sure that all students are safely dropped off and picked up from school and thank you for helping the Lab School community in our efforts to be good neighbors to the Law School and following LSU Parking policies.

Tax season is upon us and many of you will be needing an itemized statement of what has been paid towards your ULS tuition for the 2024 calendar year. This is a feature that FACTS tracks and is easy for you to pull yourself.
Below are the directions to access your tax documents in FACTS. It is best to access the documents on a desktop, laptop, or by going through Safari internet on your phone. If you are trying to access through the app, it sometimes glitches. Also, if you call FACTS customer service, they could possibly access it for you if the directions below don't work. The customer service number is 866-441-4637.
1. Login to your FACTS account
2. Select "View Details" in the "Payment Plan & Billing" section
3. Select "View Payment Summary" to open a new window
4. Use the drop down menu to select your desired date range
5. Print or download to PDF

Cub Campus Beautification Day |
K-12 Volunteer Sign-Up: Cub Campus Beautification Day!
Join us on Sunday, March 23rd, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM for a rewarding service opportunity to help beautify our school campus!
We welcome families, students, and community members to pitch in—there’s something for everyone! Sign up for a 2-hour shift, but if you can only stay for part of a shift or would like to help for longer, that’s great, too!
Help with tasks like power washing, painting, and flower bed maintenance to keep our campus looking its best. Families can sign up together (e.g., “Anderson Family”) instead of individually.
School clubs, teams, and organizations are encouraged to sign up as a group!
Need service hours? Mrs. Bevill can provide documentation for your time.
In addition to volunteers, we also need equipment and materials to make the day a success! If you can, please lend items such as:
Paint brushes, paint rollers, paint scrapers
Painter’s tape, drop cloths
Ladders, power washers
Every contribution helps!
👉 Sign up to volunteer or lend materials today to support our school community!
Contact jbevill@lsu.edu with questions.
