University Day on the Library Mall
   UNIVERSITY DAY   
University Day has been a UNT tradition since 1961, celebrating our change from North Texas State College to North Texas State University. Enjoy free food, music and local vendors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 4, on the Library Mall. If it rains, the event will move to the University Union Emerald and Jade Ballrooms 314 and 333. 
Discovery Park will celebrate from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in CG130, and University Day at Frisco takes place from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 3, in Frisco Landing 130.
UNT graduate with family at commencement
   RSVP FOR COMMENCEMENT   
If you’re planning to participate in Spring commencement ceremonies, you have until 5 p.m. next Wednesday, April 9, to submit your RSVP!
If you’ve been approved to graduate in Spring 2025, you should have received an email on or after March 19, followed by several reminder messages sent to your UNT email. Follow the link in your email or log in and RSVP.
Art Mart on campus
   ART MART   
UNT’s Art Mart is returning to campus from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 8. Come to the Library Mall and browse more than 70 student makers showcasing arts, crafts, prints and DIY creations. Special performances and interactive workshops are also happening throughout the day.

University Research Day poster session
   CALL FOR ABSTRACTS   
The Division of Research and Innovation is accepting abstracts for the poster session at the 2025 University Research Day, set for October. Students who would like to showcase their research are encouraged to apply. The session will feature high-impact, innovative and educational research happening across the university. Abstracts must be submitted through InfoReady by Friday, May 30.

Are you ready for what comes after graduation? Alumni 101 is a three-part series designed to help you navigate post-grad life, from financial skills to job search strategies and staying connected with UNT. Attend at least two of the three sessions and receive a UNT zipper pull for your regalia.
Denton Community Job Fair
   DENTON JOB FAIR   
Explore job opportunities at the City of Denton’s free community job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, at the Civic Center. 
Connect with more than 50 employers hiring for entry-level, seasonal, part-time, full-time and internship positions. If you need help preparing, there will be resume assistance, printing, mock interviews and job fair tips available on-site.
