Dear Agent,

We would like to inform you that the support of older system generations manufactured by Condair will be gradually discontinued.

PHASE-OUT OF THE CONDAIR MLP MLDM

The Condair MLP MLDM has reached the end of its service life and will be phased out at the end of 2025. Spare parts and troubleshooting will no longer be supported after 2025.

Replacements of complete MLP MLDM systems can be made by switching to its successor the ML.

END OF SUPPORT FOR OLDER HIGH-PRESSURE AND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS

The following products are affected: MLP (PLC), MPLRO, MLRO, HP and HPRO with a manufacturing date up to and including 2015.

Systems manufactured before 2016 use an outdated ML PLC/software platform that can no longer be supported. Support for these products will be phased out as follows:

Note: The first 4 digits on the product serial number signify the manufactured year. Ex. 2015xxx

Spare parts for control/PLC systems are no longer available for the models manufactured prior to 2015. Changes and additions that require software or hardware adaptions can also no longer be offered (e.g. CIP, EC regulation, C02, etc.)

Spare parts for consumable / wear parts will continue to be offered to support life extension of affected products. The following spare parts are available until further notice:
