4-H educator Ron Jakubisin and office staff spend many administrative hours monitoring and encouraging 4-H volunteers to complete the volunteer requirements put in place by Wisconsin 4-H. The reason? Washington County 4-H must be able to assure parents that their children will be provided with a safe, supportive environment as they participate in 4-H activities.
We plead with you as club leaders to ensure all adult volunteers in your club are approved in 4HOnline prior to allowing them a volunteer role in your club. If your club roster includes "unapproved" adults who do not have a volunteer role in your club, please notify the Extension office, and we can remove them from your roster.
