A preprocessing package tailored to individual needs
Subtomogram averaging is used to reconstruct a 3D volume of a sample from preprocessed tilt-series data for accurate downstream analysis. While individual preprocessing packages exist, the construction of a complete data pipeline is difficult. TOMOgram MANager, or TOMOMAN, is an extensive MATLAB-based package developed by the Wan lab to address this issue.
