HP HVAC INTEGRATED DRIVE-MOTOR
END-OF-LIFE
TB #:  TB-21-03
Date: March 29, 2021
Product Lines Affected: HP Series
Spare Parts for Nortec legacy HP pumps using integrated VFD motors will no longer be available after December 31st, 2021, reaching the end of its support lifecycle. These pumps can be identified by the photo below and feature a variable frequency drive built onto the motor.  Our supplier, Danfoss, has discontinued the FCM300 drive-motors that were used in the HP HVAC application and spare parts have limited availability.  The FCM 300 was replaced by the FCP 106 drive-motors in recent years, however, these are expected to be phased out soon as well.  As a result, Condair will only accept orders for the FCM 106 parts until the end of the current year, effectively discontinuing those spare parts. Parts affected:

Nortec HP Series FCM300 drive-motors
We're happy to offer the last opportunity for these spare parts for Agents/Customers safety stock. From the list below you can see which models are affected. Please place your order by December 3rd, 2021.
In the event a system requires a replacement drive/motor after the phaseout date, the best option is to replace the entire pump package. Legacy Nortec HP systems can be supplied by our newer generation MLP pumps, which are available in similar capacity ranges.
