Zoom Version Update Required

Zoom has determined that the vast majority of user needs for tech support are related to users logging in with out-of-date versions of the software.  To resolve this issue and ensure a great user experience, Zoom will begin requiring users to be on an updated version of Zoom.
Beginning soon, all accounts must be running on at least version 5.5.0 for most Zoom Products* to be able to log into the software or join meetings.
*Outlook Plug-in version 5.5.1 and browser extensions version 1.6.3 for Chrome, and 2.1.13 for Firefox.

Once this change takes place, users will be unable to log into the software or join meetings and will be prompted to update their software before using the platform should their version fall behind this nine-month window.
Users may check their version and find resources for updating here.
