With growing excitement and optimism, the Office of Graduate Affairs, in collaboration with Student Services, is thrilled to announce the celebration of our graduate students for the second consecutive year. From March 31 through April 4, Seton Hall will honor our graduate students during Graduate Student Appreciation Week.
We have planned a series of activities and gatherings to provide unique opportunities for our graduate student community to come together. Please read through the newsletter to learn more and join us for several events as we celebrate and honor you!
Similarly, we hold the voices of our graduate students in high regard, and your feedback plays a crucial role in shaping our Office's work. Therefore, we will include a recurring survey in our monthly newsletter to "take the pulse of our grad students." These surveys will be brief and focus on a single topic. We hope you'll take a moment to share your insights and feedback with us.
Additionally, this month’s newsletter is packed with information, including updates on various professional development opportunities, details on how graduate students can participate in the Petersheim Expo, and much more!
Sincerely,
Christopher Cuccia, Ed.D.
Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs

Balancing a full-time job with graduate studies is no small feat — but for Zachary, Seton Hall University’s Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program has proven to be the perfect solution. Currently the director of admissions at Excelcare at Wayne —a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility— Rohlff sought an MHA program that offered flexibility without compromising on quality. Seton Hall’s online/hybrid format has provided the ideal fit, enabling him to pursue his degree while applying the lessons he’s learning to his daily responsibilities.
"The online/hybrid format at Seton Hall has allowed me the freedom and flexibility to work my classes around my job, gaining real-world and relevant experience in the healthcare industry while also learning about key topics in my coursework."
