The holiday season can easily sweep us into a flurry of activities, leaving little time to pause and reflect. Yet, maintaining spiritual wellness is just as essential as caring for our physical or emotional wellness. By intentionally creating moments of stillness and connection, we can find deeper meaning, balance, and peace amid the holiday rush.

Community Nutrition Highlight

The holidays are a time to celebrate - connection, comfort, and yes, delicious food! Remember, enjoying your favorite dishes or eating a bit more than usual is perfectly okay. Nourishment isn’t just about nutrients - it’s also about joy, tradition, and gratitude. This season, let’s focus less on guilt and more on being present and kind to our bodies.
Schedule an appointment with one of the Registered Dietitians to help you turn seasonal produce into balanced meals.

| Nurturing the spirit and empowering survivors is central to understanding the profound impact of sexual and relationship harm. Survivors often carry burdens that affect not only the body but also the mind and spirit.
Healing is not linear, and it requires more than addressing immediate physical safety or legal needs; it requires a holistic approach that nurtures the spirit and empowers individuals to reclaim their lives.
