STRONGER TOGETHER UPDATE: FEBRUARY 28, 2023
So much happening all around campus ... read all about it in this edition! As always, we welcome your feedback at strongertogether@stonybrook.edu.

Under the guidance and care of Choral Director Shoshana Hershkowitz, the Stony Brook Chorale sings – and speaks to the tune of diversity, where every voice matters. View the video above for what that means to students and read the SBU News story.
CALLS TO ACTION
Congratulations to Stony Brook faculty members Pawan Kumar (Microbiology and Immunology), Marci Lobel (Department of Psychology, and Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine), and Markus Seeliger (Pharmacological Sciences) – each of their studies has been selected as part of the 2023 STAT Madness competition, which starts TOMORROW, Wednesday, March 1. STAT Madness is a national competition using online voting to select the top innovation/discovery by leading research institutions from the previous year. Only some published studies are selected to participate in the 64-team competition. This is the first time three SBU studies were chosen. Use this link (goes live 3/1) to vote for the SBU studies, which will be summarized on the bracket draw when the competition begins.
