Prepares for an Exciting 2025 |

Beautification will continue to be a top priority in 2025, and the CID announced a new three-year contract with Russell Landscape to help meet that commitment.
In 2024, the CID was responsible for:

Gwinnett Safe Communities Reimbursement Program |
Join the Gwinnett County Police Department and the Gwinnett Place CID in enhancing safety throughout the district with the Gwinnett Safe Communities program. This initiative allows property and business owners to connect their security camera feeds directly to the police, improving emergency preparedness and response. The connection is made possible through a FususCORE device, a video gateway that the police will use only in case of an emergency or while investigating criminal matters.
As a key partner, the Gwinnett Place CID is offering a reimbursement grant to cover both the cost of installing the FususCORE lite bundle, which supports up to four camera feeds, and the first year’s subscription fee. Funds for this program are limited, so don’t miss the opportunity to enhance safety in the Gwinnett Place area.
