Ajax Building Corp and the city of Tallahassee Police Department are looking for contractors to contribute to the execution of the new TPD Headquarters estimated at nearly $135 million in construction cost.
Pre-Bid Conferences will be held at 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, followed by a site walkthrough.

Interested bidders are required to complete Ajax Building Company’s pre-qualification process. Only bidders meeting pre-qualification criteria may bid. Bidders must submit a completed experience questionnaire and financial statement on the form titled “Bidder Qualifications Questionnaire,” incorporated herein by reference. The subcontractor's financial condition must demonstrate that adequate fixed and liquid assets and equipment are available to properly perform the Subcontract. Bids may be considered non-responsive if bidder has not completed the prequalification process.
