The deadline to complete your physical to earn a discount* in your 2025 insurance premium has been revised. Please read carefully.

This year two activities are required to earn a discount on your medical insurance premium in 2025:
  1. Lab work
  2. A follow-up physical exam
How to Schedule Online:
  1. Log in to the Marathon Health portal and click on "Schedule An Appointment"
  2. Click on "Annual Physical"
  3. Select "Yes, Schedule Labs + Physical Exam" and choose the desired appointment time for your lab draw
  4. Click "Schedule Physical Exam" on the pop-up
  5. Choose the desired appointment time for your physical at least 2 days after your blood draw
There are not enough appointments available in the clinic for everyone to complete the physical exam by the September 30 deadline. The last day to complete the physical exam has been extended until December 1.
  • The last day to complete lab work will remain September 30, 2024.
  • The last day to complete the physical exam is December 1, 2024.
Marathon Health is offering appointments on campus to complete lab work Monday, September 16 and Tuesday, September 17 in the Hearth Room in the Harre Union. To schedule an appointment for lab work click here.

To earn a discount, please schedule an appointment with Marathon to complete the physical exam by December 1, 2024. You may also schedule with your personal provider. If using a personal provider, you will need to complete the Outside Provider form found on the Marathon Health Portal or available from the Marathon Health clinic.
*The premium discount is $25 per pay period for employees OR $50 if both employee and covered spouse completes the required activities.
