At-Home Weather Science Activities |
Looking for a fun way to teach your kids about the water cycle and weather? Team Cartwright has you covered with two standout experiments: Water Cycle in a Bag and Shaving Cream Rain Clouds. With Water Cycle in a Bag, your child can observe the water cycle up close using a sealed plastic bag, a window, and a little water to watch evaporation, condensation, and precipitation come to life. In the Shaving Cream Rain Clouds experiment, you can create your own rain clouds using a jar, water, food coloring, and shaving cream, offering a visually stunning demonstration of how clouds form and release rain.
