Forgive my forcefulness, but in addition to it being Thanksgiving Week - by the way, Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate - it's National Espresso Day and I may have observed this special day by having a latte. It sounded like the perfect antidote to this morning's cold temperatures as I was walking and enjoying the gorgeous fall leaves around Downtown Bethesda!

As radio stations like to remind us, it's a quick slide from Thanksgiving to the busy Holiday Season. Are you ready? Don't worry. I'm not either.

I just want to take moment to bid you farewell. Your Fearless Newsletter Editor is moving to another job next week, so this will be my last time writing to you.

I have so enjoyed putting this newsletter together for the past decade or so, and regaling you with updates on my son's obscure Halloween costumes as well as culturally relevant gifs and memes.
