From industry projects to inspiring mentorships at RTSWS supporting firms, five of our standout students recently completed internships that delivered real-world experience, professional connections and personal growth.

Gwyneth V. focused on team projects, presentations and daily coffee chats. "The networking pushed me to grow... I learned how to ask better questions and hold meaningful conversations."

Christina L. worked in Legal and Compliance, attended panels and scheduled coffee chats. "Finance isn’t just numbers and computers...there’s a passionate human side. Taking the first step to connect opens doors."

Our first sessions of the year begin soon, and we can’t wait to see students diving into Financial & Investment fundamentals with the guidance of our dedicated firm volunteers.

High School Volunteers, if you haven’t already, please take a moment to register in the RTSWS app. Returning volunteers just need to re-enroll, while new volunteers will also complete a quick background check.

The app includes a 25-minute training and the electronic fall curriculum to help you get ready.
