Presenter: Donald Broussard, Baton Rouge High School, LA
This session will help guide young and seasoned coaches on how to consistently recruit African American students into your program and guide them to success. It will provide you with ideas as to convince students who are African American to not only join your team, but connect with them, motivate them, mentor them, and guide them down a path that some may not have foreseen.
