Ms. Emily Ashcraft

Ms. Ashcraft will be joining Tacoma Baptist Schools this fall as our Second Grade Teacher.  

She comes to us with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Central Washington University. In addition to working in education, she has served her church in several different leadership roles including teaching Sunday School.  

Ms. Ashcraft is born and raised here in Washington.  In fact, one of her first jobs was as a scone worker at the Puyallup Fair (now WA State Fair)!   She is the second of six kids, loves coffee, hiking in the Pacific NW, and would like to become a better gardener.  She is inspired by the Word of God, as well as the creativity of the people around her, including children.
