OVERVIEW

We would like to provide an important update regarding the Condair RS Series humidifiers. The RS Series is known for delivering steam efficiently across a wide range of water conditions, while offering the versatility of operating with various voltages and capacities. 

As part of our ongoing transition to a new generation of RS, which includes enhanced controls with remote service capabilities, several configurations of the RS Series will be temporarily unavailable until the end of December 2024. This will allow for additional firmware development to optimize support for the contactor and solid-state relay heating controls found in these units. 

IMPACT

The affected models are as follows: 

Other voltage configurations for the 90 and 130 lb/hr models, including 480V/3 and 550-600V/3 are unaffected and remain available with normal lead times. 

NEXT STEPS

We kindly ask that all quotes for these units be updated with alternative, higher-capacity models, or a different voltage. Our Customer Service team will be in touch with any customers who have placed orders for the impacted units to assist with adjustments to delivery date or model. 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We anticipate that these configurations will be available again by the end of December 2024.
