Coming Soon to Downtown Bethesda: Spring! And the Commuter Store!

Well, it's happened again. We ran out of February and we are standing in March. Already.
If you made working out or commuting more actively one of your New Year's Goals, March is made for you! Daylight Savings time starts on Sunday, March 11, which means you will have more daylight to bike, walk, and take transit to and from work.
March can also mean warmer temperatures, making that active commute more bearable!
Also coming soon to Bethesda is the Montgomery County Commuter Services Mobile Commuter Store! If you have questions about your commute, or need to buy transit fare or passes, stop by on Monday, March 5 between 10:45 am – 2:30 pm. The Store will be parked near 7801 Norfolk Avenue.

Reed Street Public Hearing Planned

As you may have seen if you've been around Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues recently, a portion of Reed Street adjoining property owned by JBG at 4749 Bethesda Avenue is being redeveloped. As a part of that redevelopment, the company developing the area will be able to make improvements to Reed Street.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday March 28, at 7 p.m., in the Executive Office Building Lobby Auditorium, 101 Monroe Street, Rockville. Click here for more information.
