Scottish Farmed Salmon 
Scottish Salmon is a premium farmed Atlantic salmon that is sustainably raised off the coast of Scotland. The frigid waters and strong currents produce salmon that are both strong and high in fat content. Scottish Salmon is one of the more mild-flavored salmon on the market.

New Zealand King Salmon  
King Salmon are the largest of the Pacific salmon. Native to the northwest coast of North America and North-East Asia, King Salmon were first introduced into New Zealand from northern California as a game fish in the late 19th century. In the 1980s New Zealand entrepreneurs developed salmon farms in the cool, deep waters of the Marlborough Sounds. King Salmon has the highest oil content of all salmon and is exceptionally rich in omega-3's.

In addition to our vast selection of fresh salmon, we also offer frozen salmon steaks. Choose from either 6oz or 8oz fillets available in a 10lb case or a whole frozen Coho Salmon. While Coho Salmon is less expensive than Sockeye or King Salmon, it is still highly regarded for its excellent quality.
