Postal Service Cooking Challenge

We are looking for the Mail Carrier who can really deliver in the Save Mart California’s Kitchen! Teams of two US Postal Service employees will use mystery ingredients to prepare a 3-course, home-style meal in front of a live fair audience and a panel of qualified judges.

Amber Leibrock Meet and Greet

Now is your chance to meet Amber Leibrock, an MMA fighter from Hayward, CA in the Featherweight Division of PFL. Meet with her and take a photo to make the moment last forever! Stop by the southwest corner of the Pepsi Promenade Food Court at the Air Force Performance Lab Mobile Tour between 2 pm – 5 pm to say hi!

California Authors Booth

California authors from a variety of genres will have books for sale and even sign them for their fans at the California Authors Booth.

After traveling nearly 13,000 miles around the country for THE SEASIDE LIBRARY Book Tour, Brenda Novak’s Bookstream is coming to the CA State Fair & Food Festival!

Cavalcade of Horses

Prepare to be enthralled as skilled riders and their magnificent steeds showcase their talents in a breathtaking performance during the Cavalcade of Horses. Catch one of the many shows throughout the day from 11 am to 7 pm - each day of the Fair!

Camp Smokey

Learn about wildfire prevention and at home fire safety at Camp Smokey! Pick-up a passport and go on a fun, interagency fire prevention program that teaches fire safety at home and in the forest. Earn a bandana at the Command Post when you finish all the stations!
