The California State Fair Commercial Wine Competition opens for entries on
March 1, 2023.

- March 1 – April 28: Early Bird Registration, entry fee is $75.
- April 28 – May 19: Registration, entry fee is $85.

Friday, May 19: Entries close, and all wine must be entered and received in our climate controlled cellar by that date.
- June 7-9: Competition Judging
