That's a Wrap!

Amazon Tower 1

We recently completed Amazon Tower one at Nashville Yards downtown! This beautifully modern structure stands 20 stories tall and contains 566,000 square feet of office and retail space. Integrated design features such as pedestrian plazas and common branding elements that influence the way people will engage with streets, sidewalks and lighting will create a holistic feeling within Nashville Yards. We’re proud of our partnership with Clark Construction and Southwest Value Partners on this project and look forward to continuing our work on Tower 2!

The Lodge at Fall Creek Falls

We recently completed the Lodge at Fall Creek Falls State Park. The new inn includes 85 guest rooms, conference and meeting spaces, grab-and-go retail space, restaurant/bar with indoor and lakeside seating, and a large fire pit. The building’s enclosure includes heavy timber framing, natural stone, single sloped standing seam metal roofing, and extensive amounts of glass to take advantage of the views of the lake. Located in the center of the premier state park, the complex includes conference space and a full-service restaurant and lounge overlooking Fall Creek Lake.

Interstate 24 Bridge Replacements

We recently completed the Interstate 24 bridge replacements project at Germantown Road and Belvoir Avenue in Chattanooga. Construction began in March of 2020 and was completed in August to provide increased capacity, intersection improvements and various safety upgrades. This project, which was completed using Construction Manager/General Contractor alternative delivery, now provides a safer commute for roughly 114,00 vehicles that travel along this section of I-24.

Building Better...Communities

We recently hosted our inaugural Small & Diverse Business Certification Training event, which was designed to help businesses learn how to leverage their DBE status to earn business and build relationships. We covered various qualification thresholds, best practices for recordkeeping and held a panel Q&A discussion. As part of our continued commitment to supporting diverse businesses, we donated ticket proceeds to the Tri-State Minority Supplier Development Council’s Education Foundation.

Thank you to all who attended. We plan to hold future events like this one that benefits our partners!
