We're excited to share that our office field trips are well underway, across more than 30 cities. Our programming includes interactive Financial & Investment Workshops and unforgettable office visits, where young women gain firsthand access to the world of finance.

RTSWS students are pursuing degrees in finance, economics, and related fields at five times the national average for female students. A defining moment for many is stepping into real-world office spaces, generously hosted by industry professionals, sharing lessons learned, navigating the industry and connecting classroom to careers.

We’re proud of our hardworking students and grateful to our volunteers and corporate partners for fostering these transformative experiences. Together, we’re breaking barriers and opening doors to the next generation of women in finance.
