Dear Alumni,
This past June, I along with my Class of 1972 classmates, celebrated our 50th Reunion from Endicott College. On the occasion of this milestone, I reflected on the role the College has played in my life since my arrival in the fall of 1970. This is where I launched my career, formed lifelong friendships, and secured a foundation. Despite the many commitments that have occupied my day-to-day since graduation, this foundation is one I have supported steadfastly through service. The conscious choice to remain engaged with Endicott has allowed me to have an active role in the College’s impressive evolution. In addition, it is a place both my husband and daughter feel familiar with and at home.
I urge you to think about your Endicott experience and consider renewing, establishing, or strengthening your engagement with Endicott by joining the College’s Alumni Council. The application is open now!
We need Gulls, we need you, to bring your ideas, passion, and creativity to the Alumni Council.

Serving on the Alumni Council presents the chance to collaborate with fellow Gulls, create meaningful ways to keep the alumni community connected, and learn from alumni spanning different decades about their time at the Nest.
I appreciate you considering taking a lead role at Endicott to preserve its past, support its present, and secure its future.
Respectfully,
| |
Susan M. DiMartino Dowling '72 President, Alumni Council Trustee, Endicott College

Great Gull Gems
This photo of Paula Chandoha '69 was snapped by her father, Walter, and depicts Paula and the kitten both "smiling" for the camera... But, the cat is not smiling, he is meowing! Paula shared that her father entered this photo into a smile contest on a kids' TV show circa the late 1950's. The photograph won "Best Smile," earning Paula $100 silver dollars and an appearance on WPIX Channel 11, "Our Gang with Officer Joe Bolton," which aired in the late afternoon before the Mickey Mouse Club! Paula was interviewed by Officer Joe Bolton with the cat on her lap.
