Three Rivers Dulcimer Society is based in the Tri-Cities, Washington and plays American and Celtic folk with a good helping of seasonal tunes. The Society first got together in March 2003. Art Activity: The Ghosts of Maryhill Museum
Get creative! Join us in the M.J. Murdoch Charitable Trust Education Center for an engaging, hands-on art experience for all ages. We’ll be using mannequins and white tissue paper with mixed media to craft life-size ghosts of some of the characters involved in the founding of Maryhill Museum and its collection. Queen Marie of Romania, or modern dance pioneer Loïe Fuller or perhaps a sculpture from our Rodin collection! Add a small detail or get more involved. Whatever your contribution, it will add to the spirit of the piece!!

As the Crow Flies is a collaborative interaction between six cultural institutions that run from Cascade Locks to Goldendale bringing the Halloween Spirit to the Columbia River Gorge.

Maryhill Museum is partnering with several organizations in the Gorge community to offer a series of Halloween activities throughout the month of October. There will be a map indicating the different locations, dates, and times where events will be taking place up and down the Columbia River. Locations include Maryhill Museum of Art, Goldendale Community Library, The Dalles Art Center, The Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum, Columbia Gorge Museum, and Cascade Locks Historical Museum.
