COVID-19 Vaccine Event April 1

Wake Forest Baptist Health will be onsite April 1 from
9:45 am to 3:30 pm at the High Point Distribution Center to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to those that are registered. The vaccine is optional and available for Ralph Lauren employees and their dependents. Register at the link below and check out the FAQs. Registration is required.

Autism Awareness Month

April is Autism Awareness month! Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a brain disorder that affects 1 in every 54 children. As the name hints, those with autism fall on a spectrum of impairment in the areas of social interaction, communication, and repetitive/restricted behaviors. Those with autism can lead healthy, full lives but benefit from being diagnosed early so that they can receive supportive services from an early age. Bone Density Screening Available in Clinic

A bone density test is a way to measure the strength of your bones. The main reason to have the test is to find and treat serious bone loss, called osteoporosis, and prevent fractures or disability. Only those with certain risk factors should best tested. You should be tested if you are over 65 years of age, have previously broken a bone, have rheumatoid arthritis, are a smoker or drink heavily, have a family history of osteoporosis or a parent with a broken hip, or have used corticosteroid drugs for three months or more. Hinge Health For Knee, Back and Shoulder Pain

Hinge Health provides at-home digital care for chronic back, knee, shoulder and neck pain at no cost to you and your eligible dependents, provided you are enrolled in a United Healthcare plan through Ralph Lauren. If enrolled after a screening process, you will receive a kit in the mail with a free tablet and wearable sensors. Through Hinge Health, you and your eligible dependents 18 and older will have access to a personal health coach, convenient guided exercise program, and education articles to help you understand your condition and treatment options.
