District Awards » Chairs, if you would like to order paper debate ballots or request district recognition awards (e.g., District Student of the Year), just fill out this form. These items are available for district tournaments at no charge!
Policy Topic Announcement » The NFHS has released the 2017-2018 Policy Debate resolution. Next year, students will debate the topic, Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its funding and/or regulation of elementary and/or secondary education in the United States.

New Coach Webinar » Encourage new coaches to attend the latest webinar in our New Coach series on Thursday, January 26 at 7:00 p.m. CT for a discussion of our honor society. There will be a minimum of 30 minutes allotted for coaches to ask questions of Director of Community Engagement Steve Schappaugh and Membership Manager Deano Pape. Help new members in your district start the year off right by directing them to join the discussion here
Last Chance for Educator of the Year » Is there a coach in your district who has made an impact on speech and debate education? We want to hear about them! Nominations are being accepted until Friday, January 20 for the inaugural Educator of the Year Award. Please take a moment to reflect on the wonderful coaches you work with and whether they are eligible for this national award. Check out the nomination form for more information on eligibilty.
