Planning a proposal submission in the next 2-3 months?
In an effort to better serve you, the PMI grants team requests that PIs and Fellows notify us as far in advance as possible, of submission plans.  This ensures ample time to complete departmental requirements and also route to OSP for review, by their deadline.   For reference, here is our Grants Submission Timeline which includes key milemarkers, OSP deadlines, and corresponding action-items.
CoeusWeb: A new way to submit!
OSP has developed a new tool within the CoeusWeb application to submit proposals directly to  This is in addition to the traditional method using Coeus Premium.  OSP created a short PDF guide including screenshots, of what the PI will see during the process. The grants team will continue to be available to support PIs during the final approval and submission.
