The RO-E(+) is being placed on a temporary product hold due to a documentation issue with our certifying body. Condair is working diligently to correct the issue as quickly as possible, however the timeline for resolution is currently beyond our control.

All open orders will have their ship date moved to May 2026. Condair does not anticipate the product hold lasting longer than six months and will adjust the order dates once a clearer timeline is established.
Updated order confirmations will be sent to all affected agents via customer service

- If desired, the RO-E(+) order can be cancelled by reaching out to na.orders@condair.com.

Alternative reverse osmosis systems remain available from a third-party supplier with permeate flow rates 0.04 GPM to 1.22 GPM to satisfy more immediate customer demand. Orders can be altered by contacting na.applications@condair.com for assistance sizing a new unit.
|
HELP selections for RO-E(+) will remain active for use on opportunities with posted lead times of 26 weeks / 6 months. Once the product hold is released, Condair will contact you to see if your customer would like an earlier delivery date.
