Catch Up on True North 400 Accomplishments in 2022 and 2023 |
For more than 20 years, True North 400 has continued to prove its dedication to improving the infrastructure and mobility of North Fulton. From road improvements to new landscaping to updated bridges, the community improvement district created transformative change in Alpharetta, Milton and Roswell in 2022 and 2023.
In the newest annual report, you’ll learn 'stats and facts' that show the impact of True North 400 projects in the district. As of December 2023, True North 400 has invested $30 million in projects and studies that have resulted in $217 million in investment in the district! Take a Stroll on the Newly Improved Big Creek Greenway |
On September 16, the City of Roswell celebrated the new and improved Big Creek Greenway. Members of the True North 400 team gathered for this monumental ribbon-cutting highlighting the updated safety features along the path and the efforts made to extend the longevity of this outdoor space. This project started in January 2024 and cost a total of $1.4 million, covered by the City of Roswell’s Bond Program.

True North 400 Team Joins Strategic Leadership Trip |
Recently, members of the True North 400 team—Brandon Beach, Steve Stroud and Al Nash—joined the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce for its annual Strategic Leadership trip to Carmel, Indiana.
During this event, they had the opportunity to meet with local business and government leaders, exchanging ideas and learning from Carmel's successful growth strategies. With powerful insights from this thriving city, the True North 400 team brings back new and unique strategies to enhance the development and success of the True North 400 district.

Milton Golf Club Ranked as Distinguished |
Congratulations to the Manor Golf & Country Club in Milton for being named to the Distinguished Club of America list with an exceptional rating. That high rating is given to only 4% of all rated clubs!

Rowell Takes Residents’ Safety Seriously |
The City of Roswell has taken a major step forward in supporting public safety by approving the purchase of the Roswell Summit Office Buildings to serve as the new Public Safety Headquarters. The new headquarters will house both the Police and Fire Departments, addressing the growing space needs for these critical services.
This move is part of Roswell's ongoing commitment to public safety. This new headquarters will improve emergency response times, potentially saving more lives in the process. It will also provide room for the organization to grow in the future, all while being a catalyst for economic development in the area.

Alpharetta – Are You Ready for a Mini IKEA? |
Exciting news for IKEA fans in North Atlanta! IKEA opened a new “plan and order point” location in Alpharetta at the Mansell Crossing Shopping Center on August 28. The new store offers a personalized shopping experience, where customers can meet with IKEA specialists to plan their home designs. While you won’t be able to take products home the same day, customers can pick up purchases later or opt for delivery.
IKEA U.S. CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer, Javier Quiñones stated “We are thrilled to give Atlanta metro area consumers a new way to shop IKEA.”
