Changes to 2026 Annual Financial Reporting Mandates |
Good news! The Annual Financial Report (AFR) and the Charter application have been combined, reduced, and renamed to a single 4 page document in order to make the Club Leader responsibilities easier! Now called the ‘Annual Authorization for WI 4-H Clubs and Groups’ form, the club leader can work quickly with other club leaders to complete this mandatory form. Simply gather the club/project’s year-end bank statements (June 30, 2026); show a balanced financial summary; update the club profile; outline club activities and key leader information with only one club signature required. Due no later than Sept. 1st, 2026. The Annual Authorization Report can be emailed, physically mailed, or with an appointment time dropped off at our office M-Th between 8a-4:30p.
