We are a stroller-friendly running group, offering coaching, motivation and specially designed training programs for moms (at any fitness level) who want to run for fun and exercise and complete a 5K or 10K.
In addition to learning about the fundamentals of running, we'll focus our discussions on nutrition for moms, safe stretching techniques, proper gear fit after pregnancy and childbirth and so much more. Our experienced running coach will be with you every step of the way.
Run Training Schedule
Training runs & clinics are at Apex Community Park on Saturday mornings at 8AM.
Goal Races
We are running the City of Oaks Acorn 5K & Old Reliable 10K on November 5th in Raleigh...come be a part of our team! Entry fee is extra.
