Condair DA Parts Shortage

Dear Valued Customer, 

We are writing to inform you of current lead time variations impacting select models within the Condair DA product line. 

Overview

Due to ongoing supply chain constraints affecting certain components, lead times for some DA models have been extended. To best support customer needs while maintaining order processing accuracy within our systems, different lead times will apply depending on the model ordered.

Lead Time Adjustment

Effective immediately, the following lead times apply for Condair DA units: 

DA300N, DA400N, and DA600N 

These models are currently impacted by supply chain constraints and will carry a standard lead time of 12 weeks from the date of order. In certain cases, a shorter lead time may be possible using alternate rotor, please contact factory for details. Lead times are expected to return to our standard 5 weeks in September.  

DA800N, DA1400N, DA2000N, and DA2400N 

These models are available with an expedited lead time of approximately 5 weeks from the date of order. 

However, due to electronic online order system limitations orders will automatically display and process with a 12-week lead time unless a special request is submitted at the time of order entry.

To request the expedited lead time for eligible models, customers placing orders online must: 

• Add a note in the Special Comments section indicating a request for the expedited lead time. 

• Customer Service will review the order and manually adjust the requested delivery date accordingly. 

Orders submitted without a special comment request may default to the standard 12-week lead time.

Condair continues to actively monitor supplier availability and work closely with our operations teams to improve lead times wherever possible.
